Could not rate this company highly enough. From the beginning they were great. And they took all the stress out of the actual move day for us which we couldn’t be more grateful for. We chose to go for the full package including packing our items and furniture disassembly/reassembly and it was worth every penny. The boys were a delight on the day and we were just so impressed. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to move!!
Mark, Dan and Wayne were absolutely brilliant! They made our mums moving day completely stress free. They took the time to listen to what mum was concerned about, where she wanted things and also made sure we all knew their names and they knew all of ours! Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.
From the moment I received the quote, Move It were excellent. Communication by email and phone was quick, helpful and it took a lot of stress out of the removals. Dan and Dean were on time, extremely friendly and courteous, and efficient. My 140 year old piano literally weighs half a ton but they were extremely careful with it, as everything else. I would thoroughly recommend Move It, Dan and Dean if you are thinking of moving.
From the very first communication to closing the door and settling into our new house I couldn’t fault the team. The impressive way the team packed down and loaded our belongings into the numerous vans with care and attention in a very busy one way street in Westcliff to unpacking in our new home, you could tell the experience in the team. Special mentions to Steve, Steve G, Wayne, Luke, Mike and Kev, the team that managed to ensure our super-king bed made it into the bedroom despite it not fitting up the stairs… they passed it with ease through the front window!… those solutions only come with experience!!
